What is MyDiscount?
The Intelectsoft mobile app for Android and iOS: it replaces plastic cards and keeps loyalty cards, electronic fiscal receipts and insurance policies in one place. Works with Sales Expert, Restaurant Expert, Petrol Expert and third-party systems.
How do digital loyalty cards work?
On your first visit, the cashier connects your card in the app. From then on the card lives on your phone: you show the QR code generated by the app, the cashier scans it, the discount applies automatically.
How do I store fiscal receipts in the app?
Every fiscal receipt in Moldova has a QR code. Open MyDiscount → History → Scanned receipts, scan the code — saved. At MyDiscount partners, the receipt arrives straight in the app, no paper.
What is the universal bonus programme?
A shared programme for all network partners: earn points at one partner, spend them at another — all in one balance. Customers aren't limited to one store, and businesses win from the network.
Why does the QR code last 7 seconds?
For security: the code refreshes every 7 seconds, so it can't be shared, screenshotted or used by someone else. The cashier scans it, identifies the customer and applies the discount.
Can the app be used to pay?
Direct payment isn't available yet. MyDiscount handles QR identification, discounts and electronic receipts; you pay as usual — cash, card or transfer.
How does a merchant connect?
Two paths: Intelectsoft products (Sales/Restaurant/Petrol Expert) have MyDiscount built in, activated free; other systems connect through the live API with complete documentation.
How much does MyDiscount cost?
0 MDL for Intelectsoft clients; connecting customers is free. For external API partners — 0.10 MDL per QR validation; bonuses are not charged. Pricing →
